How to Place an Order:
Once logged in to the site, navigate to the Lists/Guides tab. You can create a shopping list or order guide based on your shopping history, business type, or by adding items individually. After creating and saving your list or guide, review it to ensure the correct quantities of each item. Remove unnecessary items and add any missing ones. Once satisfied, click the blue "Submit Order" button at the top of the list. Follow the standard ecommerce check-out process, confirming your delivery address and selecting a date/time for delivery.
Pricing for Delivery:
While shopping in-store provides the most savings, opting for delivery through Restaurant Depot offers greater savings compared to traditional foodservice wholesalers. Our prices start lower, translating to lower bills for you.
Delivery Timeframe:
Upon submitting your order, specify your preferred delivery time, and we'll accommodate your request. We'll promptly notify you of any changes.
Online Product Availability:
Nearly all items in the store are available for online purchase. If you can't find something, please reach out to us via contact form or email, and we'll assist you promptly.
Product Sourcing:
Our delivery partners shop directly from the same Restaurant Depot warehouse you would visit, ensuring freshness and accuracy with each order.
Adding Special Instructions:
Feel free to include any special notes or instructions by utilizing the "Notes" button at the top of your List. We'll do our best to fulfill your requests and will reach out if clarification is needed.
